Active
Wallet
Rewards, SATS, EJAD and external movements: what your activity generated, without mixing one type of value with another.
A clear place to see what you've received, where it came from and what state it's in.
The Wallet is active inside EXPANDE OS; visible balances and withdrawals depend on each product, capability and permissions.
The Wallet is where the value generated by your activity in EXPANDE ends up: after PQV, which measures, and Rewards, which records what you are due, the Wallet is where that value becomes a balance, separated by type. Each movement keeps its origin, type, status, reference and date, with traceability.
Who it's for and what it solves
- Customers and Ambassadors who want to see clearly which rewards, SATS or EJAD they have and what status each movement is in.
- Those who need to distinguish what comes from EXPANDE from what depends on an external broker or provider.
What's included
How it works
- StatusesA movement moves from pending to available, or is reversed or canceled when applicable.
- Validated withdrawalsWithdrawals and sensitive movements require validation.
How it fits the ecosystem
- PAY — A separate product (payments and card); the Wallet is the record inside EXPANDE OS.
- IB Division — Movements conditioned by a broker appear separately from internal ones.
What it is not
- It is not a bank or a deposit account.
- It is not an investment and does not generate returns on balances.
- It is not a gamification animation: it reflects real, traceable records.
The EXPANDE OS Wallet records rewards and movements according to each product's rules in EXPANDE OS; it is not a bank, does not accept deposits for investment purposes and does not promise returns. Withdrawals are subject to validation and to the conditions of each product or provider.
