Public White Paper
EJAD
Utility token of the EXPANDE ecosystem
EJAD connects payments, activations, internal fees, discounts, rewards, community, products, services and impact within a verifiable economy.
Risk warning. Informational document. EJAD is an optional-use utility token: it does not represent shares, debt, a deposit or a guarantee, it offers no return or right to revenue, and it has no guaranteed price. Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose everything you put into them. This document is not an offer of investment or securities, nor a solicitation to buy, and EXPANDE does not sell EJAD on this site. Check the regulations in your country before acquiring or using crypto assets.

1. Executive summary
EJAD is the utility token of EXPANDE. Its purpose is to connect, economically, products, services, tools, communities, creators, clients, Ambassadors and impact initiatives through EXPANDE OS — Human Potential Development Operating System.
EJAD is active as a BRC-20 token on Bitcoin and available via UniSat and other marketplaces. Its programmable BEP-20 layer on BNB Smart Chain is in development so that holders can claim on BEP-20 the same amounts they hold in BRC-20.
EJAD does not mandatorily replace fiat currencies, cards, Bitcoin, USDT, USDC or other enabled methods. It coexists with them and adds a programmable unit to pay, activate, discount, reward, record and transfer value within the ecosystem.
EJAD’s utility is built on real activity: education, technology, products, services, memberships, content, commerce, community, internal fees, rewards and impact. The market determines the token’s price through supply, demand, liquidity, trust and actual use.
Main functions
- Purchase of EXPANDE products and services.
- Activation of memberships, modules, licenses, sessions and features.
- Payment of internal fees for products, services, marketplace and tools.
- Discounts, campaigns and cashback.
- Access to EXPANDECLUB, events, content and selected tools.
- Usage, community and adoption rewards with economic traceability.
- Interaction with SHOP, Marketplace, PAY and other ecosystem products, as each one enables it.
- Compensation of creators, educators, suppliers and collaborators according to the rules of each product in EXPANDE OS.
- Voluntary and traceable contributions to FUNDHELP.
- Progressive participation in bounded proposals and decisions.
Utility foundations
| Foundation | How it strengthens the design |
|---|---|
| Fixed supply | Maximum of 2,100,000,000 EJAD and no additional issuance. |
| Real products | Functional demand is linked to education, technology, services, commerce and community. |
| Optional use | EJAD offers advantages without blocking entry through other payment methods. |
| Connected economy | The same token can circulate across different modules and participants. |
| Transparency | Allocations, the airdrop and critical movements are verifiable. |
| Structural security | 8% of the supply is reserved for audits, protection and contingencies. |
| Independent impact | 10% of the supply belongs to FUNDHELP under separate governance. |
| Bitcoin continuity | EJAD BRC-20 is active and is the basis for claiming the same amounts on BEP-20. |
2. The problem and EXPANDE’s answer
The digital economy runs on disconnected systems. A person may learn on one platform, hire services on another, manage clients in a separate CRM, use applied intelligence in yet another tool and receive rewards they cannot reuse. This fragmentation raises costs, scatters information and weakens the continuity between development, execution and economic activity.
EXPANDE organizes those experiences within a common ecosystem. EXPANDE OS connects diagnosis, education, products, services, SHOP, CRM, wallet, rewards, community, tools and follow-up. EJAD adds the economic layer that lets those functions share a verifiable unit of utility.
EXPANDE turns development and skills into products and services; EXPANDE OS records and coordinates activity; EJAD makes it possible to pay, activate, reward and circulate value within the system.
3. Vision, mission and principles
Vision
To build a Latin American ecosystem able to integrate human development, education, technology, applied intelligence, commerce, wellness, sustainability and social impact within a common digital infrastructure.
Mission
To create a utility economy that turns learning into execution, execution into verifiable activity and activity into reusable value within EXPANDE.
Principles
| Principle | Application |
|---|---|
| Unity | Products operate within a shared architecture. |
| Useful innovation | Technology must solve concrete problems. |
| Execution | Education must lead to measurable actions, products and results. |
| Transparency | Contracts, wallets, allocations and critical movements must be verifiable. |
| Security | Expansion does not justify weakening technical, legal or operational controls. |
| Sustainability | Projects must sustain themselves through real economic activity. |
| Solidarity | FUNDHELP keeps a structural and independent allocation. |
| Freedom of choice | EJAD is an option to use, not an entry requirement. |
4. EXPANDE × EXPANDE OS × EJAD architecture
Public architecture of the ecosystem and of EJAD’s economic layer.
| Layer | Responsibility |
|---|---|
| EXPANDE | Defines vision, products, community, alliances, commerce, education, sustainability and impact. |
| EXPANDE OS | Diagnoses, grants access, records purchases, manages products, rewards, wallet, CRM, SHOP, content and follow-up. |
| EJAD | Pays, activates, discounts, settles internal fees, distributes rewards, connects holders and provides economic traceability. |
| FUNDHELP | Manages its allocation, programs, reports and beneficiaries through separate governance. |

Commercial principle
EXPANDE does not position itself as an investment package, easy money or multi-level marketing. It presents itself as education, digital commerce, software and a partner program with rewards linked to products, services and real activity.
6. Products and utility layers
Products appear in this white paper because they create concrete uses for EJAD: purchase, activation, internal fee, discount, reward, membership, access, booking or settlement. Prices and commercial terms are kept in the current catalog so that this document does not become outdated.

7. EXPANDECLUB and community
EXPANDECLUB is the brand’s exclusive digital entrepreneurship club. It does not replace EXPANDE, EXPANDE OS or the VIP Ambassador License. It works as a layer of community, learning, networking and benefits.
The club may offer:
- private community and networking;
- selected free tools;
- discounts on products and services;
- in-person or digital events;
- exclusive content and sessions;
- spots, campaigns and early access;
- non-financial benefits for EJAD holders who meet the conditions of each program;
- badges, credentials and recognition for participation.
Eligibility may depend on membership, purchase, participation, holding EJAD or specific campaigns. Each program defines its conditions, snapshots, duration and benefits. Holding EJAD does not grant financial rights, equity, returns or unlimited access.
8. What EJAD is
EJAD is a fungible utility token. Its main function is to coordinate value within EXPANDE through payments, activations, internal fees, discounts, rewards, memberships, marketplace, community and progressive participation.
| Parameter | Definition |
|---|---|
| Name / symbol | EJAD |
| Nature | Fungible utility token |
| Active layer | EJAD BRC-20 on Bitcoin / Ordinals |
| Available via | UniSat and other marketplaces |
| Explorer | UniScan — uniscan.cc/brc20/EJAD |
| Programmable layer (in development) | BEP-20 on BNB Smart Chain |
| Decimals (BEP-20) | 18 |
| Maximum supply | 2,100,000,000 EJAD |
| Additional issuance | Not allowed |
| Transfer tax | 0% |
| Initial automatic burn | No |
| Mandatory use | No |
| Guaranteed price | No |
What EJAD does not represent
- shares or equity in EXPANDE;
- debt, a bank deposit or a guarantee;
- an investment product, or a promise of returns or appreciation;
- a right to EXPANDE’s revenue;
- a buyback obligation;
- ownership of the ecosystem’s assets;
- automatic payment for holding tokens without a specific campaign.
9. Active EJAD BRC-20 and programmable BEP-20 layer
EJAD was born as a BRC-20 token inscribed on Bitcoin through Ordinals and is active on that network today: it can be checked on the UniScan explorer and is available via UniSat and other marketplaces. That identity is the origin of the project and the basis of its community within the Bitcoin ecosystem.
The BRC-20 layer cannot, on its own, run all the logic that EXPANDE OS requires: activations, rewards, allocation management, discounts, marketplace, complementary contracts and liquidity operations. For this reason, EJAD is developing a programmable BEP-20 layer on BNB Smart Chain.
| Layer | Status | Role |
|---|---|---|
| EJAD BRC-20 | Active | Origin of the token and its Bitcoin community, evidence of ownership and basis for the BEP-20 claim. |
| EJAD BEP-20 | In development | Programmable utility layer for EXPANDE OS, contracts, wallets, activations, rewards and payments. |
The BEP-20 layer is being developed so that EJAD BRC-20 holders can claim on BEP-20 the same amounts they hold in BRC-20. The claim is not automatic: it requires an on-chain audit of balances, a snapshot, public rules and a claim contract (see section 14).
10. Utilities and economic flow
| Category | Use of EJAD |
|---|---|
| Payments | Purchase of authorized products, services, memberships, content, tools and goods. |
| Activations | Enabling access, modules, licenses, sessions, accounts and features. |
| Internal fees | Service, marketplace, activation, management, content or specific-feature charges. |
| Discounts | Preferential prices and campaigns according to the rules of each product in EXPANDE OS. |
| Rewards | Use, community, adoption, learning and verifiable contribution. |
| EXPANDECLUB | Membership, tools, events and content. |
| SHOP / Marketplace | Purchase, settlement, fees, sellers, suppliers and benefits. |
| Creators | Compensation for content, courses, licenses, production or valid use. |
| Sustainability | Authorized products, campaigns, traceability and projects. |
| FUNDHELP | Voluntary contributions, campaigns and traceability of resources. |
| Governance | Progressive participation in bounded proposals and decisions (final stage of the roadmap; not active). |
Purchase flow with EJAD
- The user selects a product or service.
- EXPANDE OS gets the reference price and applies discounts or campaigns.
- The user approves the transaction from their wallet.
- The network confirms the transfer.
- EXPANDE OS validates order, amount, wallet, network and status.
- The system grants access and records eligible rewards.
- The order remains available for audit, support and reconciliation.
Fees and gas
| Item | Treatment |
|---|---|
| EJAD transfer | The token applies no internal transfer tax. |
| BNB Smart Chain gas | Paid in BNB, unless EXPANDE OS uses a relayer or gas sponsorship. |
| Product or service fee | May be charged in EJAD, fiat, Bitcoin, stablecoin or another enabled method. |
| Marketplace fee | May be deducted or settled in EJAD depending on the order. |
| Sponsored fee | EXPANDE OS may cover the gas and charge an equivalent in EJAD through an authorized architecture. |
11. Rewards and model safeguards
Rewards are linked to confirmed sales, real use of products and services, learning, contribution and verifiable activity. They are not generated by signing up or by bringing people in, and they are not guaranteed income.
Safeguard rules
- rewards only on confirmed sales and activities;
- products, rules and percentages controlled by EXPANDE OS administration;
- no rewards for self-purchase of one’s own product;
- product listings subject to permissions and approval;
- Wallet movements subject to validation;
- EJAD, SATS, commissions and prizes are recorded as separate items;
- no promises of earnings, profitability or financial freedom.
The percentages, requirements and conditions of each rewards program are governed by the current official plan, the applicable terms and territorial availability; this document does not reproduce them.
12. Tokenomics
Maximum supply: 2,100,000,000 EJAD. The distribution seeks to balance utility, liquidity, development, community, impact, security and commercial expansion.

| EXPANDE strategic treasury | 15% | 315,000,000 EJAD |
| Usage, community and adoption rewards | 10% | 210,000,000 EJAD |
| Founder — Félix Pereyra | 4% | 84,000,000 EJAD |
| FUNDHELP | 10% | 210,000,000 EJAD |
| Development, team and collaborators | 10% | 210,000,000 EJAD |
| BRC-20 adoption and recognition airdrop | 10% | 210,000,000 EJAD |

| Total | 100% | 2,100,000,000 EJAD |
Allocations explained
| Allocation | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Liquidity — 25% | Markets, conversions, payments, depth and less friction. Deployed in phases; never used to create artificial volume. |
| Treasury — 15% | EXPANDE OS, infrastructure, operations, research, intellectual property, products and integrations. Budget, controls and reporting; it is not a personal wallet. |
| Community / rewards — 10% | Use, learning, loyalty, content, testing, contribution and adoption, with no obligation to sell. |
| Founder — 4% | Recognizes the creation of the vision, leadership, intellectual property and architecture of the ecosystem. |
| FUNDHELP — 10% | Independent social and environmental impact reserve, with its own wallet and governance. |
| Development / team — 10% | Programming, design, product, education, content, security, operations and collaborators; subject to milestones, contracts and tenure. |
| BRC-20 airdrop — 10% | Recognizes the BRC-20 community: through this airdrop, holders claim on BEP-20 the same amounts they hold in BRC-20. |
| Ambassadors — 6% | Verifiable sales, clients, activations, distribution, merchants and territorial expansion. |
| Alliances — 2% | Universities, companies, merchants, manufacturers, suppliers, platforms and organizations, with documented deliverables. |
| Security — 8% | Audits, incidents, custody, compliance, continuity, recovery and bug bounty. |
13. Circulation and liquidity
Maximum supply is not the same as circulating supply. Each allocation stays in a separate wallet or contract, with public rules of use, and its material movements must be verifiable. Circulation should grow with utility, demand, available liquidity and roadmap execution, not through indiscriminate distributions.
The liquidity reserve does not guarantee a fixed price or appreciation. It is deployed in phases according to demand, paired capital, integrations and the depth required. The policy prohibits artificial volume and requires monitoring of depth, slippage, concentration and circulation.
14. BRC-20 airdrop and claim of the same amounts
The 210,000,000 EJAD allocation connects the BRC-20 community and identity with the programmable utility layer. Through this airdrop, EJAD BRC-20 holders claim on BEP-20 the same amounts they hold in BRC-20. The program is designed as recognition and adoption; it does not constitute a refund, debt, investment compensation or a guarantee of recovery.
Who can claim
Holders with verifiable ownership of EJAD BRC-20 at the defined snapshot, for the same amount they hold in BRC-20.
Claim architecture
- on-chain audit of BRC-20 balances;
- public snapshot and eligibility rules;
- per-wallet allocation equal to the BRC-20 balance recorded at the snapshot;
- Merkle root and claim contract;
- duplicate protection and Sybil controls;
- claim period;
- return of unclaimed tokens to the defined reserve.
The BRC-20 to BEP-20 claim is not automatic: it opens once the balance audit, the snapshot, the public rules and the claim contract are complete and published on the official channels.
15. FUNDHELP
FUNDHELP is the independent social and environmental impact initiative. It receives 10% of the total supply: 210,000,000 EJAD. Its role is to turn resources, technology, education, alliances and economic activity into verifiable opportunities for vulnerable people and communities.
Priority areas
- children with Down syndrome and inclusive education;
- young people without opportunities and specialized addiction programs;
- single mothers, low-income minors, widows and older adults without support;
- training, digital tools, productive inclusion and entrepreneurship;
- community environmental initiatives and coastal clean-ups;
- employment, food, technology and support programs.
Minimum governance
- independent wallet and controls;
- committee and conflict-of-interest policy;
- annual budget and eligibility criteria;
- documented beneficiaries and organizations;
- data protection and transaction traceability;
- public reports and periodic audits.
FUNDHELP resources may not be used for personal expenses, founder compensation, ordinary EXPANDE salaries, liquidity, general marketing or operating deficits.
16. Wellness, HEMP and sustainability
EJAD’s original vision connects digital utility with health, wellness, education, ecological solutions and decentralized asset management. In the renewed architecture, these initiatives belong to EXPANDE and use EJAD as an economic medium; they do not carry EJAD as a prefix.
| Vertical | Scope |
|---|---|
| Health & Wellness | Nutrition, energy, beauty, personal care, natural ingredients and functional products subject to quality, labeling and regulation. |
| HEMP | Industrial hemp, textiles, fibers, paper, bioplastics, construction, oils, food, cosmetics, packaging and authorized alliances. |
| ECO-PLANTS | Reforestation, ecological gardens, regenerative agriculture, renewable raw materials and plantation traceability. |
| BIO-COST | Cleaning up and transforming sargassum, algae and plastics into biomaterials, fertilizers, packaging and biodegradable products. |
| ECO-DRIVE | Sustainable mobility, micromobility, charging stations, apps, GPS, memberships and digital payments. |
| E-KOSHER ECO REALTY | Kosher tourism, hospitality, wellness, nature, self-sustaining housing, gastronomy, education, technology and agriculture. |
| Transparency records | Traceability of budgets, donations, projects, certifications and results through validators, documents and audits. |
EJAD may be used in these verticals for payments, discounts, campaigns, traceability of contributions, rewards, memberships, experiences, marketplace, authorized budgets and bounded participation.
17. Art, certificates and tokenization
The EXPANDE Gallery brings together physical art, digital art, photography, sculpture, design, immersive experiences, certificates and collectibles. Blockchain can be used for authenticity, provenance, limited editions, memberships, event access and educational certificates.
Tokenization does not automatically transfer copyright, physical ownership, economic participation or legal rights. Each asset or certificate must define by contract what it represents, which rights it grants and which remain outside the blockchain.
18. Security, transparency and governance
EJAD’s architecture prioritizes a simple main contract, fixed supply, no later issuance, separation of functions and critical administration through shared controls and limited roles.
Minimum controls
- independent audit of the contract and its modules;
- unit, integration, fuzzing and simulation testing;
- multiple signatures for critical wallets and waiting periods for sensitive changes;
- separation of roles and the principle of least privilege;
- monitoring of events, balances and material movements;
- incident response, continuity and recovery plan;
- secure management of secrets and hardware wallets;
- bug bounty and supplier review;
- publication of audits, fixes and official addresses.
The main token must not contain hidden functions, discretionary blacklists, later minting, modifiable taxes, automatic selling mechanisms or functions that allow moving users’ funds.
Progressive governance
- Founding leadership: product, contracts, security, budgets and integrations.
- Committees: security, product, community, Ambassadors, FUNDHELP and sustainability.
- Proposals: impact, budget, risks, owners and closing date.
- Bounded voting: utilities, campaigns, specific budgets, impact and non-corporate parameters.
- Execution: shared controls, recording and reporting.
Holding EJAD does not grant control over EXPANDE or its legal entities. Corporate, fiduciary, labor and intellectual property decisions remain with the responsible entities. Progressive governance is the final stage of the roadmap and is not active.
19. Responsible promotion and adoption
EJAD’s promotion focuses on utility, products, access, community, discounts, rewards, transparency, security and impact. The market sets the price.
Adoption programs
- discounts for paying with EJAD;
- EXPANDECLUB benefits;
- BRC-20 adoption and recognition airdrop;
- usage, learning and contribution rewards;
- cashback campaigns in EJAD;
- access to events, tools or content;
- benefits for merchants, creators and educators;
- Ambassador campaigns tied to real sales.
Prohibited messages
- guaranteed price or appreciation;
- fixed returns or automatic income for holding;
- mandatory buyback or a right to revenue;
- unverified alliances, audits or licenses;
- products presented as operational without evidence;
- unauthorized medical claims;
- artificial volume, demand or activity.
Each campaign must state its duration, budget, criteria, limits, source wallet, anti-fraud controls and concrete utility.
Why EJAD is integrated with EXPANDE
EXPANDE brings products, services, users and activity. EXPANDE OS brings identity, orders, access, rewards, wallet, CRM and follow-up. EJAD brings a transferable and programmable economic unit. The integration lets the token have repeated uses instead of depending only on trading in external markets.
20. Roadmap by gates
The roadmap is executed through verifiable gates, not promotional dates. Each gate requires a deliverable, evidence, an owner, review, approval, a record and a next action.

- Use only official channels and addresses; no one from EXPANDE will ever ask for your private keys or seed phrases.
Closing statement
EXPANDE is an ecosystem designed to connect human development, education, technology, commerce, wellness, sustainability and impact. EXPANDE OS — Human Potential Development Operating System organizes that experience.
EJAD is the utility token that makes it possible to pay, activate, discount, reward and coordinate value within the system. It is active as a BRC-20 on Bitcoin and is developing a programmable BEP-20 layer to integrate with EXPANDE OS, where holders will claim the same amounts they hold in BRC-20.
EJAD’s strength does not depend on a promise about its price. It depends on the real utility of the products, user activity, the transparency of allocations, the security of the contracts, the liquidity available, roadmap execution and trust built on evidence.
The vision is to turn development into execution, execution into value and value into verifiable expansion.
Official channels and documents
Contract addresses, wallets, audits, policies, terms, reports and updates must be checked exclusively on the official EXPANDE and EJAD channels.
