Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information expande.pro, the public website of the EXPANDE ecosystem, collects, how it is used and what choices you have about your data. It supplements the EXPANDE OS Privacy Policy, which applies when you use the platform.

  1. Scope

    This policy applies to the pages of expande.pro in all its languages and to the forms they contain. When you follow a link to EXPANDE OS, EXPANDE Tools or other platforms, any information you provide there is governed by that platform’s policy.

    By using expande.pro, you accept the practices described in this policy.

  2. Controller and contact

    The controller of expande.pro and of the processing of your personal data is FELPABIZ SRL, a company of the Dominican Republic with RNC (tax ID) 131990312, which operates the EXPANDE and LiBERATEMPRENDIENDO brands. For any matter related to your personal data, write to the EXPANDE team at info@expandeclub.com.

  3. Data you give us in the forms

    expande.pro has waitlist and information request forms. When you submit one, we collect your name, your email, your WhatsApp number, the confirmation of the consent box, the list or product you are interested in, the page you submitted it from and the language you were viewing it in.

    This data is stored in the EXPANDE OS database (hosted on Supabase) so that the EXPANDE team can manage it from the platform’s HUB. The record is linked to the referral code 2BM86NT under which this website is published.

    The consent box is never pre-checked: without it, the form is not sent.

  4. Technical data

    To limit abusive submissions and spam, the system uses your IP address when it receives a form and applies a limit on attempts. The forms also include a hidden field that only automated programs fill in.

    As with any website, the hosting provider of expande.pro may log technical data about each visit (IP address, browser, date and time) to operate and protect the service.

  5. What we use your data for

    We use form data to respond to your request, contact you by email and WhatsApp about the product or launch you chose, manage the waitlist and prevent abuse or fraud. We do not use it for purposes other than those you accepted in the form.

  6. Cookies and local storage

    expande.pro currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. The site stores only your light or dark theme preference in your browser (local storage); that data never leaves your device and you can delete it from your browser settings.

    If a measurement tool is added in the future, it will be disclosed on this page.

  7. Third-party services loaded by the site

    Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts; to deliver them, Google receives your browser’s IP address. Videos are played with Cloudflare Stream and only load when you open the player. These providers process technical information under their own policies.

  8. Links to EXPANDE OS and third-party platforms

    expande.pro links to EXPANDE OS, EXPANDE Tools, BIX and other platforms, such as partner brokers and exchanges. Many of these links include the referral code 2BM86NT, which shows that you came from this website. What you do and the data you provide on those platforms are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. The commissions linked to referral links are explained in the Terms of Use.

  9. Who we share information with

    We do not sell personal data. We only share information when it is necessary to operate the website and the platform (for example, with the database, hosting and video providers mentioned in this policy), to comply with legal obligations or to protect the rights, safety and integrity of users and of EXPANDE.

  10. Retention

    We keep the data you give us in the forms until you ask us to delete it or until the purpose for which you provided it has been fulfilled, for example, once we have handled your request or the waitlist ends.

    You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to info@expandeclub.com from the email you used in the form. After that request, we will only keep data when the law requires it or when it is necessary to prevent fraud or defend rights.

  11. Your rights

    Under Law 172-13 of the Dominican Republic on the protection of personal data and the law that applies where you live, you may request access to, rectification, updating, restriction, deletion or portability of your personal data, and you may withdraw your consent to receive communications at any time.

    To exercise any of these rights, write to info@expandeclub.com from the email you used in the form and state what you are requesting. Some data may be kept when necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention or the defense of rights.

  12. Security

    We apply reasonable technical, administrative and operational security measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, misuse or improper disclosure. No digital system is completely infallible.

  13. Minors

    expande.pro is not directed at minors. If we detect that information from a minor has been collected without valid authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

  14. International transfers

    Because of the digital nature of the website and the platform, information may be processed on servers, tools or providers located in different countries. By using expande.pro, you acknowledge this possibility.

  15. Changes to this policy

    We may modify this policy at any time. Updates will be published on this page with their date. Continued use of the website after an update implies knowledge of the policy in force.
