These terms govern the use of expande.pro, the public website of the EXPANDE ecosystem. Products and services purchased in EXPANDE OS are also governed by the EXPANDE OS Terms of Use and Legal Notice.
EXPANDE, EXPANDE OS and their related brands do not guarantee fixed income, assured returns or specific financial results.

What expande.pro is
expande.pro is operated by FELPABIZ SRL, a company of the Dominican Republic (RNC 131990312), which operates the EXPANDE and LiBERATEMPRENDIENDO brands.
expande.pro presents the EXPANDE ecosystem: its products, tools, community and entry paths. Its content is informational; the descriptions, prices, statuses and dates shown may change, and the current information for each product is the one shown in EXPANDE OS at the time of purchase.

All content, tools, guides, videos and resources published on expande.pro are for educational and informational purposes. No content should be interpreted as personalized financial, legal, tax, accounting, securities, investment or professional advice. Consult qualified advisors before making financial, business, tax or legal decisions.

No promise of income or results
EXPANDE makes no statements or guarantees of fixed income, assured returns, guaranteed business results, account growth, specific sales, future profits or recovery of capital.
Past results obtained by EXPANDE, its brands, clients, users, ambassadors, affiliates, partners or products do not guarantee future results. Any income, commission, benefit or progress is variable and depends on many factors, such as market conditions, available capital, risk management, strategy, discipline, execution, prior experience and technological, regulatory or commercial changes.

Risk in trading, cryptocurrencies and financial markets
Cryptocurrencies, forex, stocks, indices, commodities, trading, copy trading and other financial instruments may involve a high level of risk. These markets are volatile and may cause partial or total loss of the capital involved. This also applies to the digital assets, partner brokers and exchanges mentioned on this website.
EXPANDE is not responsible for losses arising from trend changes, extreme volatility, execution errors, improper use of tools, failures of brokers, exchanges, processors, wallets or external providers, individual decisions or regulatory, technological, economic or force majeure events.

Products, payments and cancellations
EXPANDE products and services are purchased in EXPANDE OS and are governed by their own terms. They are charged as indicated at the time of purchase; some subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the access period has started, the service has been activated, the content has been delivered or the corresponding resource has been used.

EXPANDE 111 7-day guarantee
EXPANDE 111 has a 7-calendar-day guarantee, counted from the day of purchase, that applies only to card payments.
The guarantee is for people who did the work and still feel that EXPANDE 111 is not right for them. To request it, you must have completed all the EXPANDE 111 exercises, that is, every EXPANDE Tools session. Your progress is saved in your EXPANDE OS account, so you don’t need to send any additional proof.
To request it, write to us within the period at info@expandeclub.com or on WhatsApp and include the email of your EXPANDE OS account, the purchase date and a few words on why it didn’t work for you.
Before processing the refund, we may offer you an alternative: 50% off the EXPANDE 444 mentoring program or the VIP Ambassador License. Accepting it is optional. If you prefer the refund, we return 100% of what you paid to the same card within 5 business days of confirming your request; how long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank.
The guarantee covers EXPANDE 111 only: it does not apply to the VIP Ambassador License or to other products, which are governed by the previous section. It also does not cover payments made with cryptocurrencies or by any means other than a card, or requests sent after the period. When a purchase is refunded, access to EXPANDE 111 is removed and any PQV and commissions generated by that purchase are cancelled.

Ambassadors, affiliates and commissions
EXPANDE ambassadors may earn commissions on confirmed sales of EXPANDE products made through their referral link. The commission is a percentage of the product’s PQV (volume points), which depends on the ambassador’s grade and the current program rules. PQV equals 50% of the net amount actually paid, rounded down; for example, on a 100 PQV product, a 20% rate equals a commission of 20 USD. If a purchase is refunded or cancelled, its PQV and commission are cancelled.
The income of EXPANDE ambassadors, affiliates or promoters depends on individual effort, compliance with the rules, quality of execution, commercial communication, real activity and the current conditions of each program. Taking part as an ambassador or affiliate does not guarantee income.

Referral links and third-party platforms
expande.pro links to EXPANDE OS, EXPANDE Tools, BIX, partner brokers, exchanges and other platforms. Many of these links include the code 2BM86NT, which is the referral code of Félix Pereyra, founder of EXPANDE.
If you buy a product in EXPANDE OS or open an account on a partner platform through these links, Félix Pereyra or EXPANDE may receive a commission, PQV or other benefit, under the EXPANDE OS rules or each platform’s partner, affiliate or Introducing Broker program. We tell you this so you can take it into account when deciding. No mention of a platform is an investment recommendation.
Each platform has its own terms, policies and requirements, and by using it you accept its conditions. EXPANDE does not control the availability, operation or decisions of third-party platforms.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use expande.pro to commit fraud, abuse, spam or illegal activities; submit other people’s data in the forms without their authorization; violate third-party rights; attempt to access unauthorized systems or accounts; or copy, resell or distribute its content without authorization.

Intellectual property
All content, design, identity, brands, logos, programs, guides, materials, methodologies, systems, tools, videos and resources published by EXPANDE, LiBERATEMPRENDIENDO or their partner brands are protected by intellectual property rights. More information in the Legal notice.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EXPANDE, its brands, owners, partners, providers, collaborators, affiliates and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of capital, business interruption or results not obtained arising from the use of the website.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. The processing of personal data is governed by Law 172-13 of the Dominican Republic on the protection of personal data, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the website and these terms
EXPANDE reserves the right to update, suspend, limit, modify or discontinue products, tools, benefits, conditions, content, prices or features at any time. Changes to these terms will be published on this page.
